Coaching can be therapeutic, but there are some major differences between life coaching and therapy. “A coach looks at your present to help you create the future you desire, while a therapist looks at your past to help you manage your present.
Working with me you will get clearer focus on what you want to achieve and a plan on how you will achieve it.
We will work together to sort out the things that are holding you back and by finding ways to overcome these things you will start achieving your goals.
