 I am Tammy Hershberger - I'm a wife and business owner who loves God and values honesty and loyalty above all. Growing up in a family with limited material resources, we always prioritized love and made the most of what we had. I was raised to be resilient and to fight for those around me. 

This relentless spirit drives me in both life and career, pushing me to embrace every opportunity despite fear. I channel these experiences into my businesses and my coaching approach.

I'm passionate about helping entrepreneurs who want to start their businesses but may lack the courage and confidence. I’m trained to uncover your hidden potential—we all have it; sometimes, we just need someone to help bring it to light. I also love growing an existing business, so regardless of what stage you are in, I am dedicated to helping you on your path toward success.

I believe we all have unique gifts to share with the world and to strive to make a positive impact on those around us. We must be determined in pursuing the talents and passions that our Creator has placed in our hearts.

I believe God made us to be strong leaders, stewards of His love, and courageous individuals who are both bold and compassionate. From an early age, I learned that we become what we tell ourselves. When we combine passion, courage, and faith, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.

 What sets me apart as a certified coach is my extensive experience as a woman entrepreneur. I've launched and acquired several businesses across various fields, including trucking, retail furniture, manufacturing, window cleaning, and now coaching. I take a personalized approach, working one-on-one with each client to create a tailored plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. 

I am dedicated to ongoing professional development to provide the most up-to-date and effective coaching services.

I am trained as a Master Coach, Group Coach, Life Coach, and Small Business Coach by the World Coaching Institute. Additionally, 

I actively offer remote bookkeeping services for small businesses in the Grand Valley.

I’m actively involved in the trenches, running my manufacturing business, which I’ve successfully grown into a seven-figure company. 

I also started and ran a successful window cleaning business that I recently passed onto my business partner. 

Business is my passion, alongside helping women launch and grow their ventures. 

In addition, I own and operate my coaching business and host a small business podcast titled Light Up Your Business.
