What does coaching look like?
Business & Life Coaching involves a professional guiding individuals or teams to enhance their business skills, strategies, and performance. Coaches provide personalized guidance, help set goals, offer problem-solving insights, and support in areas like leadership, communication, and decision-making. Sessions can be one-on-one or group-based, focusing on improving specific aspects of the business and fostering personal growth.
Its my job as your coach to encourage and lead you to see what your true potential is when it comes to owning & operating your small business. We work together to assist you in becoming more productive, improve your leadership skills, become laser focused and work towards enhanced decision making.
I currently offer 1-on-1 coaching via In-Person, Phone & Zoom.
Our sessions are 45 minutes in length.
Coaching/consulting is not just about talking thru the things that limit and block you. With my assistance and direction, you will start to recognize and work thru these limitations, and we will work to check tasks off your list and start to achieve those goals that have been on your vision list for as long as you remember.
Once you start seeing the changes and progression it will propel you into the life you have been longing for where it's not just all work and no play.
